Here, we’ll take a tour of the spirits available on our menu so you can see the incredible array of options available for your drinking pleasure!

VODKA

Made mostly from water and ethanol, vodka is a neutral-flavored spirit that’s clear, clean, and refreshing. It’s beloved all over the world as a cocktail-friendly spirit, but it can also be enjoyed solo.

There are a ton of different vodkas around the world, and the Oxford menu has plenty of the best varieties to choose from on our menu. From 50 Bleu to Absolut to Grey Goose to Skyy and Stolichnaya, we’ve got vodkas from around the world to satisfy your drinking delight!

RUM

What’s not to love about fermented sugarcane? Rum has a uniquely caramel-like flavor that lends itself beautifully to mixed drinks, cocktails, and solo sipping.

At Oxford, we have several high-class rums to choose from, including several Bacardi varieties, Captain Morgan, Malibu Black, and Sailor Jerry. a person standing in front of a store

TEQUILA / MEZCAL

Leave it to tequila (or mezcal, for that matter) to put people in a party mood! Made from blue agave, tequila can develop a number of different flavor profiles depending on how long it’s been aged. Some examples include blanco (aged for up to 2 months), reposado (aged for 2-12 months) and anejo (aged for 1-3 years).

Mezcal is also made from agave, but is prepared differently — the cooking process involves being heated in charcoal pits lined with lava rocks before the mixture is transferred to be distilled. This unique process gives mezcal its distinct smoky flavor.

At Oxford, we have plenty of tequilas and mezcals to choose from. Tequila-wise, we boast an extensive menu of popular varieties including Casamigos in silver, añejo, and reposado; you’ll also find options like Clase Azul Reposado and Avion Reserva 44.

Mezcal-wise, we’ve got some killer varieties, including El Silencio Mezcal and Illegal Mezcal.

GIN

This elegant and herbaceous spirit is made with juniper berries. Its unique flavor makes it a favorite in mixed drinks and cocktails alike.

The classic Gin and Tonic might be the most famous gin drink, but it’s far from the only option! Gin is also a key ingredient in the Negroni, a drink made with gin, Campari, and vermouth; it’s also used in the bright Gin Fizz and the refreshing Gin Rickey.

At Oxford, we have a variety of high class gins on our menu, including Bulldog Gin, Tanqueray No. 10, Hendrick’s, and more.

WHISKEY / BOURBON / SCOTCH

You’ve heard of whiskey, bourbon, and Scotch. You’ve most likely tried varieties of all of them. But do you know the difference between them?

Whiskey (or whisky, depending on where in the world the product was made) is a type of distilled liquor made from grain mash that’s been fermented. The grain mash could be made of a variety of different types of grains, including barley, corn, rye, and wheat.

Bourbon is a type of whiskey that is only made in the U.S.A. It’s typically made mostly of corn mash.

Scotch is a type of whisky (as it’s spelled there) that is made from malted barley in Scotland.

So while bourbon and Scotch are types of whiskey, not all whiskies can be classified as bourbon or Scotch. Got it? Good.

Now that you’re better educated on what these beverages are, savor them with delight at Oxford! We’ve got plenty of great bottles of both available on our spirits menu.

Whiskey-wise, we’ve got varieties from a variety of different places all around the world, from Ireland to Japan to the U.S.A.; we’ve also got plenty of varieties of authentic bourbon and Scotch to delight the connoisseurs out there.

COGNAC

Cognac is a specific high quality type of brandy (a spirit made from fermented fruit juice) that takes its name from the specific region of France where it’s made. It’s smooth and elegant, and the perfect spirit to help you get loose!

At Oxford, we carry about ten different types of Cognac — so whether it’s Courvoisier XO, Hennessy VSOP, or mega-fancy Remy Louis XIII you’re craving, we’ve got you covered.

LIQUEURS

A liqueur is a type of alcohol, but it’s different than liquor. Liqueur is a type of drink made from a distilled spirit and steeped flavorings. If consumed alone, they tend to be quite powerful and sweet and are best ingested in small doses; many people use liqueurs as a mixer to create more interestingly-flavored cocktails.

At Oxford, our Liqueurs section of the menu includes plenty of different options, including Jagermeister, Campari, Grand Marnier, and Fernet Branca.

EXTRAS

Don’t forget … if you’re ordering Bottle Service, you can also order extras so that you can use the bottle of your choice to create a wide variety of mixed drinks. Our “extras” menu includes a variety of mixers including Fever Tree Ginger Beer, Red Bull, and more! a person holding a tattoo
